Grains lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were lower Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for March delivery was off 3 cents at $4.2760 a bushel; March corn fell 1 cent 3.5020 a bushel; March oats lost .20 cent at $2.4820 a bushel while January soybeans lost 1.20 cents at $9.6020 a bushel.

Beef lower and pork was higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

February live cattle was down 1 cent at $1.1825 a pound; January feeder cattle was down .98 cent at $1.4565 a pound; February lean hogs was up 1.30 cents at $.7273 a pound.
