Gov. Holcomb directs flags lowered for Pearl Harbor Day
INDIANAPOLIS (AP) - Gov. Eric Holcomb has directed flags across Indiana be flown at half-staff for Pearl Harbor Day.
His office says flags should be flown at half-staff from sunrise to sunset on Thursday.
Holcomb also asks businesses and residents to lower their flags to half-staff on Thursday.
