WACO, Texas (AP) - Lauren Cox and Kalani Brown both had double-doubles and Baylor's other three starters also scored in double figures as the No. 3 Lady Bears beat Central Arkansas 86-55 on Tuesday night.

Natalie Chou added 11 points with all three of her 3-pointers coming at key times for the Lady Bears (3-0), who opened the season with three wins in five days.

Cox had 21 points and 10 rebounds, while Brown had 19 points with 11 rebounds for third consecutive double-double to start the season and the 15th of her career. Central Arkansas didn't have a player as tall as the 6-foot-7 Brown, or the 6-4 Cox.

Kristy Wallace added 11 points for Baylor, and Dekeiya Cohen had 10 points and eight rebounds.

Kamry Orr had 23 points for Central Arkansas (1-1) while Taylor Baudoin scored 13 points with nine rebounds.

No. 5 LOUISVILLE 90, TOLEDO 55

LOUISVILLE, Ky. (AP) - Jazmine Jones and Myisha Hines-Allen scored 17 points each to lead Louisville to a victory over Toledo in a preseason women's NIT quarterfinal game.

The Cardinals (3-0) overcame a slow start offensively, but used a strong second quarter to put the Rockets away. During one stretch, Louisville made 8-of-12 baskets to turn a six-point lead into a 41-19 advantage with 1:25 left in the first half.

Louisville, despite shooting just 31 percent in the opening quarter, finished shooting 48 percent overall as the lead grew to as many as 37 points late in the fourth quarter.

Asia Durr, coming off a 47-point performance Sunday against Ohio State, added 14 points for the Cardinals.

Toledo shot just 30 percent and missed 20 of 25 3-point attempts. Jay-Ann Bravo-Harriott led the Rockets (1-1) with 16 points.

No. 6 NOTRE DAME 78, WESTERN KENTUCKY 65

BOWLING GREEN, Ky. (AP) - Jessica Shepard posted 19 points and 12 rebounds, powering Notre Dame to a win at Western Kentucky.

Shepard transferred to Notre Dame this past summer from Nebraska and was granted an NCAA waiver Nov. 1 for immediate eligibility. She averaged 18.6 points and 9.8 rebounds last year as a sophomore at Nebraska.

Arike Ogunbowale and Mikayla Vaughn scored 21 and 17 points apiece Tuesday for the Fighting Irish (2-0), which won in its first road game of the year. Coach Muffet McGraw's Notre Dame squad built a double-digit lead in the fourth quarter and held off a WKU team that received votes in this week's AP Top 25.

Tashia Brown scored 25 points for the Lady Toppers (1-2), but was just 6-for-25 from the field.

No. 12 WEST VIRGINIA 101, SACRAMENTO STATE 47

MORGANTOWN, W.Va. (AP) - Teana Muldrow and Naomi Davenport combined for 49 points on 20-of-25 shooting and both had double-figures in rebounding and West Virginia rolled to a win over Sacramento State.

It is the first time the Mountaineers (2-0) scored 100 points in back-to-back games. They beat Central Connecticut State 102-52 in their opener.

Muldrow was 10 of 13 from the field for 27 points and had 12 rebounds while Davenport was 10 of 12 for 22 points with 10 boards. Katrina Pardee added 15 points and Kristina King had 11 for the Mountaineers, who have reached the century mark in three-straight games, counting their exhibition.

Johnson had 20 points for the Hornets, who shot 25 percent (18 of 73) for the contest.
