Chicago man dies when truck intentionally struck his vehicle

CHICAGO (AP) - Chicago police are investigating the death of a 21-year-old man who was killed when someone rammed into his pickup truck and then sped off.

Police say Eduardo Pena was driving home at about 2:15 a.m. Sunday when someone in a black pickup truck intentionally slammed into Pena's red Ford Ranger in the Gage Park neighborhood on the city's Southwest Side. They say the black vehicle pushed the pickup truck with Pena trapped inside for two blocks before slamming it into a tree.

Pena was taken to Stroger Hospital where he was later pronounced dead.

On Monday, police said no arrests had been made.
