PORTLAND, Ore. (AP) - Case Cookus passed for 347 yards and four touchdowns and Cory Young rushed for 109 yards and a score on 13 carries to guide Northern Arizona to a 42-20 victory over Portland State on Saturday.

The Lumberjacks (4-2, 3-0 Big Sky Conference) have won four straight games and are 9-3 all-time at Portland.

The Vikings (0-6, 0-4) hung tough in the first half and, after Za'Quan Summers' 65-yard TD run and two Graycen Kennedy field goals, trailed 14-13.

But NAU scored 28 straight points in the second half to pull away. Cookus had scoring strikes to four different receivers.
