WHAT'S AT STAKE

Oklahoma takes a 13-game winning streak, the nation's longest, into its first Big 12 game under first-year head coach Lincoln Riley. The two-time defending Big 12 champion Sooners have also won 16 consecutive conference games, one short of matching their school record. The Bears also have a new coach in Matt Rhule. Baylor hasn't started a season 0-4 since 1999 in coach Kevin Steele's first season.

KEY MATCHUP

Oklahoma receivers vs. Baylor secondary that gets some reinforcements this week. CeeDee Lamb became the first Oklahoma freshman with more than 100 yards receiving and two TDs in a game, while sophomore Marquise Brown had six catches for 155 yards last week against Tulane. Plus, TE Mark Andrews has 15 career TD catches. The Bears get back S Taion Sells from a three-game suspension, while expected starting CB Grayland Arnold makes his season debut after breaking his arm during a preseason scrimmage. CB Jordan Tolbert is also expected to back from an injury.

PLAYERS TO WATCH

Oklahoma: QB Baker Mayfield has completed 63 of 82 passes (77 percent) for 1,046 yards and 10 TDs without an interception. He has thrown a touchdown in a school-record 29 consecutive games. The senior is 10-0 as the Sooners starter in true road games, with 35 TDs and five interceptions in those games.

Baylor: LB Clay Johnston is third in the Big 12 with 9.7 tackles per game - he has 18 solo tackles and 11 assists. He is also tied for second in the Big 12 with 6.5 tackles for loss. After starting two games last season, the sophomore is now the Bears starting middle linebacker.

FACTS & FIGURES

This week marked the 126th time since the start of the 2000 season with the Sooners ranked in the top five of the AP poll. The only team with more top-rive rankings in that span is Alabama with 132. ... Baylor has lost its last four home games, after being 14-2 at McLane Stadium before that. ... Oklahoma leads the nation with 23 pass plays that have gained at least 20 yards.
