Grain higher, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were higher Monday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for Sept delivery was higher 2.60 cents at $4.5740 a bushel; Sept corn was up 3.40 cents at $3.70 a bushel; Sept oats lost 7.20 cents at $2.7640 a bushel while August soybeans up 5.60 cents to $9.55 a bushel.

Beef lower and pork higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

August live cattle was .50 cent lower at $1.1495 a pound; August feeder cattle lost .95 cent at $1.49 pound; August lean hogs was .35 cent higher at $.8358 a pound.
