Grain mixed, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were mixed Friday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for July delivery was 5.40 cents higher at $4.5920 a bushel; July corn was down .40 cent at $3.79 a bushel; July oats was up 1.40 cents at $2.6260 a bushel while July soybeans lost 1.60 cents to $9.33 a bushel.

Beef higher and pork lower on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle was .53 cent higher at $1.2303 a pound; August feeder cattle was up 1.53 cents at $1.4860 pound; July lean hogs lost .05 cent to $.8200 a pound.
