Cofflands thank St. Charles community for support during tragedy

To the community of St. Charles,
We want to thank everyone in the community for your kindness and support throughout this very difficult, family tragedy.
Starting with the staff at the Critical Care unit in Delnor Hospital, thank you for all of your compassionate care and strength you gave to us. There are not enough words to express our thanks to you.
All of the awesome young people from St. Charles East High School, we cannot tell you how much we appreciated your stories about Brittany and Tiffany, to feel the love you had for them and all the amazing hugs and outpouring of love from the students and staff. Thank you all.
To John Krumm and his phenomenal staff at Yur's Funeral Home, thank you for taking so much time with us and helping us through a very difficult process of planning the funerals of three of our family members. Your kindness and thoughtfulness will be carried with us forever.
Even though we are not church goers, we felt so welcomed at Christ Community Church. Pastor Pete Sutton and all of the staff there were so full of love for us and were truly there for us in our time of need. Thank you for taking time out of your busy lives to be there for us in our grief. We plan on returning to visit your church in the future.
To Roger and the staff at North Cemetery who seemed to know exactly the perfect place of rest for our loved ones, thank you. It was almost like you knew us and what we were looking for before we even met.
To Terry and Jane at Elgin Granite works, thank you for helping us find the most awesome headstone to honor our lost loved ones.
To the staff at the Marriott Courtyard, for providing us with a kind note, breakfast vouchers and bottles of water, saying thank you just doesn't seem to say enough.
And finally, the staff at Francesca's in downtown St. Charles for providing an excellent dinner, drinks and kind sentiments to our family.
Your community has helped us to have restored faith in the kindness of humankind. Saying thank you sometimes does not seem enough. Please accept our gratitude.
