Grain lower, livestock mixed

CHICAGO (AP) - Grain futures were lower Tuesday in early trading on the Chicago Board of Trade.

Wheat for May delivery was 1 cent lower at $4.4160 a bushel; May corn was down 2.60 cents at $3.6640 a bushel; July oats was down 2.20 cents at $2.3720 a bushel while May soybeans gained 3.20 cents to $9.6220 a bushel.

Beef mixed and pork were higher on the Chicago Mercantile Exchange.

June live cattle was .38 cent higher at $1.2450 a pound; May feeder cattle was down .30 cent at $1.4890 pound; May lean hogs rose .40 cent to $.6653 a pound.
