College of DuPage to Host 'Native Interaction with the Prairie' May 3

The Native American Studies Committee at College of DuPage will host "Native Interaction with the Prairie" from 2 to 3 p.m. on Wednesday, May 3, on the College's Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

This event is free and open to the public.

Led by COD Prairie Manager Remic Ensweiler, this event will provide a guided tour of the COD Russell R. Kirt Prairie featuring information the importance and uses of prairie plants to the Native peoples of the area.
