Candidates must speak for themselves
In the March 10 Daily Herald article, District 15 candidates Babcock, Ekeberg, Chapman, Border and Bauske clearly articulated their positions in response to the reporter's query. Of the other six candidates, one was unavailable and the other five responded through a spokesperson whose response was inaccurate and did not address the issue.
Candidates who are unwilling to speak for themselves and unwilling to present their positions on issues do not deserve our votes.
