Wheeling police hosting property management seminar
The Wheeling Police Department is hosting a free property management seminar to provide an overview of landlord-tenant laws.
The seminar is 6 p.m. to 9:30 p.m. Thursday, April 27, at the police department, 1 Community Blvd.
Topics covered will include tenant screening, marketing vacancies, documentation for court, fair housing, landlord liability and rights, code requirements, housing voucher program information, the crime-free multi-housing program and more.
To register, call Officer Scott Laverd at (847) 459-2645. Residents from other towns also can attend.
