Vote to keep East Dundee revival alive

I ask for your support for Scott Andresen for Village Board Trustee of East Dundee. Early voting began March 20 and the election is April 4.

There are three open trustee positions that will be filled and there are five people running, three of which are incumbents. Although you can vote for three people, I ask that you "bullet vote" and only vote for Scott. That will help assure his election.

I am concerned with the current direction of the village board and believe that Scott will bring a new and much-needed perspective. He is a longtime resident, and his law practice is in the Downtown District. Additionally, he is a charter member of the downtown business group and it is my opinion that he has their support. I find him to be fair, a good listener and consistent in his positions regarding the growth and development of our community for business owners and residents alike.

In a separate race, Lael Miller, the incumbent village president, is running unopposed for another term. Since he is running unopposed he will be re-elected. I ask, however, that you do not cast a vote for him. I do not think that he has been a good leader and I believe that if elected by affirmation he will continue his current attitude and positions.

East Dundee has seen a revival that we can all celebrate. Please vote for Scott Andresen to assure that this continues.
