Candidates know who they represent

On April 4, Naperville residents should support city council candidates who understand that they represent first and foremost the residents of the City of Naperville.

Judy Brodhead, Kevin Gallaher, and John Krummen consistently demonstrate this at nearly every council meeting. They ask the right questions and recognize that good decisions balance the needs and desires of both individuals and businesses.

I get tired of hearing those on the "No Government" bandwagon say "This policy will hurt business" or "This is just another government intrusion." We all need to start demanding that the solution to bad government is good government, not no government.

Brodhead, Gallaher, and Krummen get that, as does newcomer Benny White. Mr. White is a retired Lt. Colonel in the Army who served 22 years for this country, has taught at West Point, is now the secretary of Indian Prairie School Board, and continues to teach and develop future leaders. He offers dedication, proven skills, and diversity to our city council.
