Learn about SNAP, food stamps at Gurnee library
Officials from Warren-Newport Public Library District in Gurnee say a representative from the Northern Illinois Food Bank will be available there to provide information on the local SNAP outreach program and food stamp benefits available to individuals meeting the requirements.
The food bank representative will be in the library lobby from 10 a.m. to 12:30 p.m. Friday, March 31.
No registration is required and questions will be welcomed. The library is at 224 N. O'Plaine Road. For more information, call (847) 244-5150.
