Candidate is true to his words
I wish to wholeheartedly second the comments made by Bruce and Carla McGuire regarding Terry Gavin, candidate for Elgin City Council.
I have contacted Councilman Gavin on several occasions regarding issues in my neighborhood and have always found him to be very responsive and true to his word. Terry understands that small problems in a neighborhood can become large ones if not addressed in a timely manner and that quality of life issues are just as important to residents as are city budgets and downtown development.
I enthusiastically endorse him.
