Softball: St. Edward falls twice in Peoria
St. Edward's softball team fell twice Saturday, losing to Peoria Notre Dame 10-2 and to Benet 24-8 in the Peoria Notre Dame Invite.
Against Notre Dame, Ashley Miller had 2 hits including a double and 2 RBI for the Green Wave and losing pitcher Jessy Kramp added 2 hits.
In the loss to Benet, Kramp had 3 hits including a double and 3 RBI while Emily Stapay added a double. Paige Jones had 2 hits with an RBI, Miller added 2 hits and Devyn Ernst had an RBI. Chloe Davies was the losing pitcher.
