Adelphia brokers sale of Mount Prospect retail property

Adelphia Properties recently arranged the $3.4 million sale of a newly constructed, two-tenant retail building at 100 W Rand Road in Mount Prospect.

The 5,904 square-foot retail building consists of Potbelly & American Mattress. The retail center is across from Randhurst Village, a 1 million square-foot open-air mixed-use center that offers high vehicle traffic counts with frontage and accessibility at one of Chicago's busiest retail intersections in Mount Prospect.

The seller was a Chicago-based developer. Oak Brook-based Adelphia Properties' Simeon Spirrison, CCIM and George Spirrison, CCIM, represented the private real estate investor in the transaction.
