Schaumburg Township hosts State Employment Workshop

Schaumburg Township will host a free State Employment Workshop for anyone who wants to learn how to navigate the state employment application process, from 1:30 to 3 p.m. Tuesday, March 21, at the township building at 1 Illinois Blvd., Hoffman Estates.

Registration is required as limited space is available. To register, contact Patti Dionesotes at (847) 884-0030 ext. 3016 or pdionesotes@schaumburgtownship.org.

The program is designed to improve the diversity of the state's workforce by actively recruiting well-qualified minorities, women and persons with disabilities for employment with the agencies, boards, and commissions under the jurisdiction of the governor. Applicants are encouraged to complete the state application form CMS100 at work.illinois.gov before the workshop.
