Colorful parade kicks off St. Patrick's Day in St. Charles
St. Charles honored the Irish Saturday with the city's annual St. Patrick's Day parade, which drew thousands of people to watch leprechauns, local marching bands, colorful floats, military veterans, Celtic pipe bands and more.
