Supervisory of staff.Projected utility designs and upgrades. With this background of understanding Management,Budgets,personnel and residential concerns I feel that I have a lot to offer a community .What is your opinion of your community's present level of local sales and property taxes? Is the tax just right, too low or too high? Explain.I believe are current tax rate is fair.The village of Villa Park offers the same benefits as surrounding communities at a affordable rate.Rate the efficiency of your town's police and fire coverage. Are the departments well prepared for the next decade? What, if anything, should be changed? Do you have specific public safety concerns?Overall the Villa Park police dept. does a good job.I do believe more attention should be placed on drug enforcement as this problem has escalated in Dupage County.Where, if anywhere, could the current budget be trimmed, and conversely, are there areas the budget does not give enough money to?Electrical consumption, uncountable water usage,Emergency vehicle replacement are all areas that are in need of consideration for budget review.As for additional monies for improvements, Infrastructure funding should be adjusted for future upkeep and improvement.What is one good idea you have to better the community that no one is talking about yet?Outsourcing maintenance programs that are currently funded in the fiscal budget. These programs could be outsourced at a more affordable rate and also be completed within the fiscal years time frame.What other issues, if any, are important to you as a candidate for this office?Development improvements of the older commercial properties,Bringing in more attractive new businesses to the community,Developing a working relationship with the current and future residents so that progressive development can be met.Please name one current leader who most inspires you.There is no one current leader that inspires me.
