Mundelein High to host mayoral forum
Students in Advanced Placement American Government and Politics classes at Mundelein High School will host a public mayoral candidate forum from 7 to 10 p.m. Tuesday, March 14, in the school auditorium, 1350 W. Hawley St.
Mundelein mayoral candidates are Trustee Holly Kim, incumbent Mayor Steve Lentz and local businessman Ray Ladewig. The students will perform several duties throughout the forum, including organizing the event, serving as timers, choosing and planning the questions, and asking the questions. Those planning to attend may submit questions for possible use by emailing tkuhn@d120.org. A similar forum involving the village board trustee candidates will be held at Mundelein High Monday, March 20, from 7 to 10 p.m.
