Entre brokers sale in Mount Prospect

MOUNT PROSPECT — Entre Commercial Realty LLC recently represented the buyer in the purchase of a 30,745 square foot facility in Mount Prospect's Kensington Business Center.

Terms of the sale were not announced.

Nicholas & Associates, a construction management company based in Mount Prospect, has acquired the building along with 5.2 acres of land located at 1401 Feehanville Drive. Nicholas & Associates has begun construction to retrofit and double the footprint of the facility. Features of the property include a large 250-car parking lot and heavy oﬃce finish, about half of which will remain in place in the completed facility.

Dan Benassi and Mike DeSerto of Arlington Heights-based Entre Commercial Realty represnted the buyer. Cushman & Wakefield's Michael Magliano represented the seller in the transaction.
