Silverado buys St. Charles property for $1.5 million

Silverado, a company that provides Alzheimer's and dementia care, bought property in St. Charles to build a new facility.

Oakbrook Terrace-based Marcus & Millichap commercial real estate investment services firm announced the sale of land in St. Charles, north of Pheasant Run, adjacent to the Hilton Garden Inn.

The property sold for $1,494,595, said Steven D. Weinstock, first vice president of the firm's Oak Brook office.

Richard Lynn and Richard Kozarits, investment specialists in Marcus & Millichap's Oak Brook office, represented Silverado, a nationally recognized provider of care for those affected with Alzheimer's and dementia.

This site will complement their current memory care communities in Naperville, Lake Zurich, Highland Park and Morton Grove.
