COD Student Receives Full Scholarship Through Posse Foundation Veterans Program

The College of DuPage Center for Access and Accommodations will host "Knowledge for College" from 9 to 11 a.m. Saturday, April 8, in the Student Services Center, Room 2201 on the Glen Ellyn campus, 425 Fawell Blvd.

The free event is designed to provide information on the various resources available at College of DuPage for students with disabilities.

Available services include: Center for Access and Accommodations ID Card; note-taking paper; testing accommodations; reading pen; large computer monitors; mobility assistance; preferential seating; sign language interpreters; FM system; TTY; assistive technology (i.e. voice-activated software-dragon naturally speaking/remote captioning); large print/Braille; barrier-free parking; and wheelchairs, both manual and electric, for on-campus use.

Representatives from Financial Aid, the Learning Commons, Counseling and Advising, and the Library also will be available to answer questions.
