Cubs postcard: Play ball ... finally!

MESA, Ariz. - Yes, it was only the beginning of the Cactus League season for the Chicago Cubs, but Saturday felt like a real Opening Day.

The Cubs and Oakland Athletics lined up along the baselines, and then it was game on. For the first time since winning the 2016 World Series, the Cubs played a ballgame, beating the A's 4-3 at Sloan Park.

Even though the results don't count, baseball is back, and that's all that matters.
