Grayslake Arts Alliance Show

Fifteen local artists will show their work from 5 to 8 p.m., Saturday, March 11, during the Grayslake Arts Alliance's fine art show at the village's Heritage Center and Museum, 164 Hawley St. Various types of art will be available, including photography, mixed media, pastels, water colors and encaustic, will be available for viewing. Local artist Adam Reh will demonstrate blind contour sketching during the show, and a special exhibit will showcase original art from the children attending Old School Montessori. The Grayslake Arts Alliance is a new community group dedicated to promoting the arts through education, participation and development.
