Oppose Pruitt's appointment to EPA

It is imperative that we should all oppose Scott Pruitt's appointment to the EPA.

Flint, Michigan is an example of what can go wrong for the entire nation when rules and regulations are not put in place or followed. Current regulations did not protect the people of Flint, Michigan. How much less protection will we have if the leader of the EPA is Scott Pruitt? He has a record of opposing the very principles that guide this organization.

When Scott Pruitt was the attorney general of Oklahoma he refused to regulate pollution caused by factory farms that poisoned both air and water. He did not protect the people of Oklahoma from the earthquakes caused by excessive fracking.

He enters this position already corrupted by the contributions of the fossil fuel industry that gave Scott Pruitt over $300,000 toward his campaign. All Americans will be in danger and our children may never know what fresh air smells like or clean water tastes like if we allow Scott Pruitt to be confirmed as the head of EPA.

Let us protect the Environmental Protection Agency from Scott Pruitt by opposing his appointment to this agency which he is currently suing.
