Women's Club of Inverness gather for wine, chocolate

The February meeting of the Women's Club of Inverness, "A Parisian Evening of Wine and Chocolate Pairings," was held at L'Eiffel Bistrot and Creperie at the Arboretum in South Barrington.

Chef Alfonso Acosta prepared French cuisine for members and guests. Sommelier Eric McMillan from Chicago Wino Inc., selected wines to accompany Anderson's candy selections.

Women's Club of Inverness is a 501 (c)(3) organization, raising funds for scholarships and local nonprofits. The April benefit fashion show, "My Fair Stylish Lady," will be April 13.
