Spring clean and donate clothes with CD One Price Cleaners and CARA to help job seekers dress for success

Chicago- based CD One Price Cleaners, an industry leader and franchisor in the $9 billion dry cleaning industry, is urging Chicagoans to clean out closets, drawers and wardrobes to benefit job seekers transforming their lives with its fourth annual Dress for Success clothing drive, from February 23 - March 31, 2017.

With a goal of 1,500 items, 34 CD One Price locations in the Chicago area will accept gently used business attire for men and women all sizes, and will then clean and deliver the garments to The CARA Program. CARA prepares and inspires motivated individuals to break the cycle of homelessness and poverty, transform their lives, strengthen our communities, and forge paths to real and lasting success. Needed items include women's blouses, skirts and pants suits, women's blazers and jackets, men's shirts and coats of all sizes.

"Our Clean and Fold laundry service offers consumers the ability to drop virtually anything in the home for cleaning, so as they prepare for Spring, we hope they will take the time to look through their homes for unneeded professional clothing that job seekers can utilize," said Rafiq Karimi, Jr., CEO of the 40-store chain.
