Cubs postcard: Baseball buddies
MESA, Ariz. - Tuesday was photo day for the Chicago Cubs, and that meant they worked out in their home white uniforms. The group seems to be another close-knit one, and that was on display during morning workouts.
As one group gathered, 6-foot-5 Kris Bryant put his arm around 5-foot-11 Tommy La Stella as they listened to a talk. That welcomed camraderie is all part of what manager Joe Maddon has been preaching.
