Hanover Highlands families, staff pack meals at Feed My Starving Children

Families and staff from Hanover Highlands Elementary School in Hanover Park recently volunteered at Feed My Starving Children in Schaumburg.

A total of 114 volunteers learned about children in need of food in Guatemala and worked together to pack 62 boxes filled with 13,392 meals, which feeds 37 kids for a year.

Many families are excited to return and volunteer again, and some even took fundraising coin boxes to continue supporting these children at home.
