Doctor to provide tips, tricks to help people get the most out of life

For the fourth consecutive year, Centegra Health System will offer "Wine and Dine Your Heart."

Dr. Thomas J. Hinkamp, a board-certified cardiovascular and thoracic surgeon on the medical staff of Centegra Health System, starts off heart month with this special physician lecture from 6:30 to 7:30 p.m. Tuesday, Feb. 7, at the Centegra Hospital-Huntley Foglia Family Foundation Education Center, 10400 Haligus Road, Huntley.

During the lecture, Dr. Hinkamp will address heart attack prevention, screenings, symptoms, treatment and healthy lifestyle choices. Lecture attendees will learn about important steps to take to avoid coronary heart disease as well as the time of day most heart attacks occur. Dinner and wine tasting will follow his discussion.
