Eighth annual wine and beer tasting at the Winnetka Community House

The Winnetka Community House is pleased to announce the 8th Annual Wine and Beer Tasting at the WCH on Friday, February 24 at 6:45pm.

As in previous years, attendees can taste a wide variety of more than 80 top shelf wines and 20 craft beers while enjoying an expansive array of passed and buffet hors d'oeuvres & sweets. New this year: Purchase an exciting Connoisseur Upgrade to taste an additional 20 Reserve Wines such as Joseph Phelps Insignia, Dominus, Paul Hobbs Beckstoffer Cabernet Sauvignon, Caymus, and Inglenook Rubicon Estate.

Tickets are on sale online at WinnetkaCommunityHouse.org or in person at the Winnetka Community House. Advanced registration tickets are $75, and tickets at the door will be available for $85. The Connoisseur Upgrade is an additional $50 and may be purchased in advance or at the event. The Upgrade grants early admission (6pm) to the event.

The Wine and Beer Tasting runs until 9pm. Not ready to go home yet? Continue the fun at the After Hours Party and check out the cash bar and sample small batch bourbons.

All wine and beer will be sale-priced plus case discounts and free delivery/pick up in Winnetka. Participants must be 21+.

The Wine and Beer Tasting is produced by the Woman's Board of the Winnetka Community House. The event's proceeds benefit the Winnetka Community House, a unique non-profit on Chicago's North Shore that has played a special role in the community for over a century. Founded in 1911, the mission of the WCH is to enrich the lives of North Shore residents, their families and friends by providing educational, cultural, social and recreational opportunities for people of all ages.
