Learn More About Ela Coalition Against Youth Substance Abuse
The Ela Coalition Against Youth Substance Abuse, a community-based organization dedicated to reducing underage drinking and substance use within our community, will meet at 10 a.m. Monday, Jan. 30, at the Ela Township Hall at 1155 E. Route 22, Lake Zurich, to discuss what's new for 2017.
