Glenbard District 87 congratulates Inspire … Empower … Succeed Award recipients

Glenbard District 87 introduced a new recognition program that honors faculty and staff members who have achieved significant success in the core work of its goal areas. The Inspire … Empower … Succeed Award recognizes faculty and staff members who:

• Demonstrate exceptional levels of initiative or innovation

• Exceed expectations and make a positive difference for students

• Demonstrate outstanding student service or achievement

Award recipients will be recognized at Board of Education meetings in each school during second semester. The first presentation of awards occurred at the Jan. 23 Board of Education meeting, which was held at Glenbard West High School. Congratulations to the Glenbard West award recipients:

• Kyle Neiss, English teacher

• Megan Rosenthal, science teacher

• Jonathan Walsh, art, music, speech arts department chair/band director

• Adrian Villanueva, GCA day foreman

Award recipients from Glenbard East, Glenbard North and Glenbard South will be recognized at Board of Education meetings later in second semester.
