League to host candidate forum for Dundee Twp. races Feb. 9
The League of Women Voters of the Elgin Area's Dundee Township Committee will host a candidate forum for the Dundee Township Primary Election at 7 p.m. Thursday, Feb. 9, at the Dundee Township office, 611 E. Main St., Suite 101, East Dundee.
Candidates for the following contested races have been invited to participate:
• Scott M. Sinnett, Larry G. Braasch and Michael D. Rogers for Dundee Township Highway Commissioner;
• George E. Johnson, Marc A. Collura, Susan F. Harney, Kenneth J. Schaffer and Richard E. Ahrens for four seats on Dundee Township Board.
This forum is only for the Dundee Township Primary Election on Tuesday, Feb. 28. Additional forums will be scheduled in March for contested races on the ballot for the consolidated election on April 4.
