Bartlett police investigate rollover crash

Bartlett police suspect driver fatigue may have contributed to a one-vehicle rollover crash Sunday morning that left a 22-year-old Bartlett man seriously injured.

The rollover, which occurred at 6:15 a.m., involved a 2013 Chevrolet Sonic traveling west on West Bartlett Road before crossing into the eastbound lanes and striking the raised curb of the road. The vehicle rolled onto its side and came to rest against a light pole.

The driver was airlifted to Advocate Good Samaritan Hospital in Downers Grove.

Police continue to investigate the crash, which caused West Bartlett Road to be closed between Route 59 and Devon Avenue for approximately five hours.
