Sleep well, get recharged

Should we stick our necks out and get involved, or do we play it safe, in self preservation mode and ignore injustice? This is not one easy task. Our brain and our soul are reliving and accessing every recent memory. Some, are critical to strengthening our character and others that appear minor, actually are the very foundation, composing much of our main attributes.

We may not take note as to when visions register in our brain but our hearts, take a picture, for later development. It's a double check for our reality, when we acknowledge this. It's a second chance, to make ourselves more righteous. So we don't repeat a mistake and we do correct a weakness within ourselves. One of impatience and intolerance. One when corrected, strengthens the bonds of vitality within our society.

So when you lay restless in bed at night, just relax and get some needed maintenance. Almost automatically, you'll be assessing the very space that surrounded you and addressing viable solutions to a healthier you, me and every particle that encapsulates the elements within.
