Mundelein tops Deerfield in OT

Mundelein 34, Deerfield 33 (OT): Sarah Ouimet scored 5 points, including the game-winning basket, in overtime to lift the host Mustangs in the nonconference game.
Rachel Tipperreiter and Ouimet led Mundelein (6-12) with 9 and 8 points, respectively. The Mustangs have now exceeded their win total from last season.
Deerfield led 22-19 after three quarters, but Mundelein outscored the Warriors 10-7 in the fourth to force OT.
