Chicago Wolves extend win streak to 7 games

The Chicago Wolves boosted their winning streak to a season-high seven games with a 7-2 victory over the Rockford IceHogs on Friday night at Allstate Arena.

Forward Magnus Paajarvi delivered a goal and an assist in his first game since Nov. 22 due to injury. Forwards Alex Friesen and Conner Bleackley notched their first goals of the season while forwards Samuel Blais, MacKenzie MacEachern, Andrew Agozzino and Ivan Barbashev also scored goals for the Wolves (20-11-3-2).

Kenny Agostino, the league's leading scorer who was named to the AHL all-star team, extended his point streak to nine games with a third-period assist. He paces the AHL with 47 points and 32 assists.

Pheonix Copley (9-4-2) posted a season-high 38 saves to earn his fourth win in a row.
