Millennium Properties names Mintz vice president

Millennium Properties R/E, a boutique property management and brokerage company in Chicago, recently promoted Michael Mintz to vice president.

Mintz joined Millennium Properties as an associate broker in 2014. Since then, he has been involved in a number of sale and lease transactions. Mintz also represented Insight Medical Genetics, a comprehensive genetic testing practice, in five new leases as they expanded their practice into Oak Brook, Glenview, Naperville, Orland Park and Arlington Heights.

"Michael is a key member of our brokerage team, selling and leasing a wide range of properties including retail, office and industrial buildings throughout Chicago and its suburbs," said Daniel J. Hyman, president of Millennium Properties.

Millennium Properties presently manages approximately 2.5 million square feet of space throughout the Chicagoland area, including industrial, office, retail and multifamily properties.
