The Geneva Chamber of Commerce held a ribbon cutting for Geneva High School's Virtual Business, Area 304 Custom Real Estate. CEO Matt Sweet cut the ribbon surrounded by VP's, directors and employees of Area 304 Custom Real Estate. Also in attendance were City of Geneva Mayor Kevin Burns, CUSD 304 administrators including Superintendent Kent Mutchler and teachers.
Southpaw Graphics recently held an open house and ribbon cutting ceremony. Southpaw is located in the Kendall Point Industrial Park in Oswego. The company will be at the Hometown Expo to be held on Feb. 25 at Oswego High School.
The Oswego and Yorkville chambers of commerce had a dual ribbon cutting at Valley Fresh Market in Yorkville. Valley Fresh market features gluten fresh and fresh foods and handcrafted chocolates.
Alpine Demolition Services in St. Charles received the Illinois Tollway: DBE Contractor of the Year award from the Illinois Road & Transportation Builders Association during its 79th annual meeting & Contractor of the Year Awards. The association awarded the company "for its responsiveness, preparedness and problem-soling attitude on various Illinois Tollway demolition contracts.
The Oswego Chamber of Commerce welcomes new member LulaRoe with Trisha Frost with a ribbon cutting ceremony. LulaRoe is the new line of clothing sold only through LulaRoe consultants, online and at pop up markets.
Executives and staff of TransAmerica Financial Advisors Inc. held a grand opening ribbon cutting at the office, 3601 Algonquin Road, Suite 326, Rolling Meadows.
The Village of Westmont and the Westmont Chamber of Commerce and Tourism Bureau congratulated Nature's Best Fresh Market, 257 N. Cass Ave., Westmont, and owner George Kazantzis for being recognized nationally by the Daily Meal as the "Best Grocery Store in the State of Illinois."
