Ideal Industries names two exec to board

SYCAMORE - Ideal Industries has appointed Christopher Baldwin, Kohler President, Kitchen & Bath Americas, and Peter Dorsman, retired Executive Services Vice President of NCR Corporation, to the Ideal board of directors.

Baldwin currently serves as President, Kitchen & Bath Americas, a sector of Kohler Co., where he provides full-scope leadership to both the strategic and operational sides of the business, and oversees the division's marketing, product development, manufacturing, finance and human resources. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree in chemical engineering from Purdue University, and a Master of Business Administration degree from Kellogg School of Management at Northwestern University.

In 2014, Dorsman retired as the Executive Vice President of Services for NCR Corporation, where he was responsible for all of NCR's global support services including on-site repair, depot, refurbishment, manufacturing and remote resolution. He holds a Bachelor of Science degree, dual major in business and journalism from Syracuse University.
