Wynnchurch Capital acquires Rosboro

ROSEMONT - Middle-market private equity firm Wynnchurch Capital said it has acquired Rosboro Company LLC, an Oregon-based integrated forest products operation.

Terms of the acquisition were not announced.

Roseboro produces a wide variety of products including laminated beams, studs, and veneer at seven manufacturing plants in Oregon. The company is a leader in the glulam sector as well as the broader engineered wood products industry due to its high quality products and services.

Rosboro was founded more than 100 years ago and has been headquartered in Springfield, Oregon since 1939.
