Village of Buffalo Grove Offers Convenient Online Services for Residents

The Village of Buffalo Grove offers a number of online services to pay bills, obtain license renewals, parking permits, tax forms and more.

The services have been offered over the last few years, due to the growing public expectation to be able to complete services online whenever it is possible.

"The Village Board has made it a priority to offer as many services online as possible so that it is more convenient for the public to interact with the Village," said Deputy Village Manager Jennifer Maltas. "This has required important investments in Information Technology, and the Village plans to roll out even more over the next few years."

Services that are currently available include:

-Water Bill Payment

-All License Renewal Payments (ex: Business, Alarm, etc.)

-Metra Parking Permit Payments for both Daily and Bi-monthly Passes

-Online Police Reporting for Non-Emergencies

-Real Estate Transfer Tax Forms

-Water Bill Automatic Debit Forms

-Food and Beverage Tax Forms

-Hotel/Motel Tax Forms

-Building Permit Forms

-Online Freedom of Information Act Portal
