Schaumburg A.M. Rotary inducts two new members

Schaumburg A.M. Rotary President Tim Gerhardt inducted two new members into the organization during September.

Candice Woodring became a Rotarian at the club's September 14th meeting. She works for Trivedi Hospitality as General Manager - Marriott Campus and is responsible for launching two new Chicago - Schaumburg hotel properties in the Marriott brand family - that being Fairfield Inn & Suites and TownePlace Suites. Fairfield Inn opened just prior to Thanksgiving and the TownePlace property is scheduled to open in January 2017. Both properties are located in the Woodfield business district on National Parkway.

Bill Paton joined the club at its September 21st meeting and is employed as a financial advisor by LPL Financial in Itasca. Paton has previously served on the Board of Schaumburg's Prairie Center Arts Foundation and the Bartlett Chamber of Commerce. He is currently Pathfinder District Chairman with the Boy Scouts of America.

Schaumburg A.M. Rotary meets Wednesday mornings from 7:00 - 8:30 a.m. at Schaumburg's Egg Harbor Café located at 1310 American Lane. Rotarians participate in community service projects both at home and abroad and work to promote good will, peace and understanding. Inquiries regarding membership are welcome.
