ROCKFORD, Ill. (AP) - Rockford police have obtained an arrest warrant charging a teenager with first-degree murder in the shooting death of another teenager last month.

Police say they are looking for 15-year-old Coley Carwell of Rockford in the shooting death of Jamario Crawford on Nov. 11. Lt. Kurt Whisenand told the Rockford Register Star (http://bit.ly/2h3IXhC ) on Friday that authorities believe the shooting was the result of an ongoing dispute.
