McFun for MacArthur International Spanish Academy

On Wednesday, Nov. 30, MacArthur International Spanish Academy held a McTeacher's Night fundraiser at the NEW McDonald's in Hoffman Estates on Roselle Road.

The McTeacher's Night was a fun way to bring the MacArthur teachers together and have the opportunity to meet the parents of students and members of the community while raising funds for the school PBIS program. And, what a wonderful night MacArthur had, as the restaurant was full of families supporting the school as well as waiting to see Principal Weigle, and an amazing 23 teachers who worked at McTeacher Night. There was even a special appearance by the school mascot named Bullseye. The children all had a blast taking pictures with Bullseye.

Teachers had so much fun at this community event where they were able to interact with families and students. The McTeacher jobs included, greeting guests, working the front counter, serving drinks, serving ice cream and selling delicious apple pies. MacArthur McTeachers had it all covered, and the families enjoyed a great evening.

Lots of students, teachers, families and friends came out in their support. All the kids came to see their teachers work at the New Roselle Rd. McDonald's. Special thank-you goes to McTeacher Tracy Meisinger , who organized the entire event. The McTeacher's Night was courtesy of the Hoffman Estates McDonald's owner/operator, David Bear.
